An unusual incident in China, nearly took the life of an 8-year-old. Footage posted online shows a vehicle wheel which passes over the boy, and saw all the people who rushed to the scene to lift the car out of there child.
Miraculously, the child is out of danger to life, although doctors said they have to undergo several operations to be able to return to full health.
Authorities are investigating the incident, while the cuff is placed on the driver, for careless driving.
