Milan - Italy's Constitutional Court has rejected a request to his Silvio Berlusconi's Mediaset process discarded, thus clearing the way for a final judgment. In early May was the former head of government convicted by a court of appeal to a four-year sentence worden.Zudem it should not exert more political offices by the judgment for five years. The 76-year-old is alleged to have known of tax evasion in his Mediaset media company.
